UK, renowned for its outstanding book production, was this year's guest of honour of the 2nd Children's and Young Adults' Book Fair.
An original and exciting programme of events impressed younger and older visitors of the fair. The programme highlighted the literature for older children and young adults and tried to reach this demanding and challenging group of readers with innovative and inspiring ideas.
The public had the opportunity to get acquainted with the work of some of the leading UK contemporary writers, performers, illustrators and key experts in the field of publishing who came to Greece especially for the 2nd Children's and Young Adults' Book Fair. Click on the names and a brand new world will open up for you. It is a magical fascinating world full of colours and melodies that will entice you into a country that is so rich and diverse in the tradition of children's and young adults' literature.
